As members of our faith-based community, we believe that together, we can make a difference in the places we live, work and worship.
As we approach April 2010, we have an opportunity to act on those beliefs by supporting the 2010 Census.
While it may seem like a small task, our participation is vital to many of the programs and services we use every day.
New Castle United Methodist Church is proud to partner with the 2010 Census Bureau.
It is easy, important and safe.
One of the shortest forms in history, the 2010 Census form asks 10 questions and takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Every year, the federal government distributes more than $400 billion to state, local and tribal governments based on census data.
Faith-based organizations and institutions use census data to apply for grants and determine locations for new facilities.
Census data guide funding decisions for important community facilities, such as school, hospitals, child care centers and more.
Census data affects your voice in Congress, as well as the redistricting of state legislatures, county and city councils, and voting districts.

At New Castle United Methodist Church you will find healing for hurting people, friends for the lonely, love and acceptance for those who are confused or frustrated and through Jesus Christ, forgiveness and hope. Through the scriptures we offer guidance and encouragement for the believers. We lead busy lives and are often stressed to the max. but we come together to share each others burdens, to pray with the love of God that is revealed in Jesus Christ. You will find through this site the faces of our congregation.

We invite you to worship with us and see the love in our hearts.

This is what our Church Family has to say about New Castle United Methodist:

NEW CASTLE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH is the church my family and I attend because several years ago a dear friend of ours invited us to come to church with him. We felt very welcomed and at home. We have been worshiping and serving here ever since. My childern have grown up here. "It takes a village," is a phrase I didn't understand until I had childern of my own. NCUMC is part of our village, an extension of our home. Teaching my childern about Jesus, helping them learn to worship, nurturing and loving them is what the people of this church do!

It is so wonderful to be part of the New Castle United Methodist Church for they are so accepting to whoever you are. The Church is Bible based, has firm foundation of Christian beliefs with a richly heritage of John Wesley. If anyone is looking to fullfill a hole in his/her life: you need to be a part of our whole church. We invite you to join Sunday School, church services, Bible Study, Choir, and other opportunities to serve our Lord. We look forward to meeting you.

At NCUMC the spirit of God is alive and in the hearts and souls of its members. Our church is such a loving, welcoming environment open to all ages. We welcome all to come and experience the true Love of God.
